Connect ZendeskBring your own credentials

Connect Zendesk with your own OAuth credentials so support tickets and users flow into Aries.

You can connect Zendesk to Aries using your own OAuth client, so tokens are minted under your Zendesk app rather than a shared one.

  1. In Zendesk Admin Center, go to Apps and integrations → APIs → Zendesk API → OAuth Clients, then click Add OAuth client. Set the Redirect URL to https://app.aries.tundraailabs.com/webhooks/oauth/sources/callback and save.
  2. Copy the client's Unique Identifier (the client ID) and the generated Secret.
  3. In Aries, open Connections, click Zendesk → Connect. Enter your Client ID, Client Secret, and your Zendesk subdomain (the yourcompany part of yourcompany.zendesk.com), then continue.
  4. Approve the authorization in Zendesk. You'll be redirected back and the connection goes active.

The connect dialog in Aries also shows the exact redirect URL you need to register. Copy it from there if you're not sure.
